These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NISM Mock Test (the "Platform"), operated by Shubhanshu Jaiswal, trading as "NISM Mock Test", having a registered address at Vishwakarma Sadan, Near Saras Milk Dairy, Agra Road, Dausa, Rajasthan ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What the Platform offers

NISM Mock Test provides chapter-wise practice questions and full-length mock tests modelled on the NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification exam pattern, including similar option layouts and negative marking, for self-study and exam preparation purposes.

We are an independent, unofficial practice resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NISM, NSE, SEBI, or any official certifying body. Our questions are created independently for practice purposes and do not guarantee any specific result in an actual NISM certification exam.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we do not see or store your Google password.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe and make payments on the Platform.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Access to mock tests requires an active paid subscription. The current price is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are valid for a fixed period (currently 30 days) from the date of successful payment and do not auto-renew. You will need to manually subscribe again once your subscription expires to regain access.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — only the payment/order reference and status are recorded on our systems.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Because subscriptions grant immediate digital access to test content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. We will investigate and refund cases of:

Duplicate or accidental charges for the same subscription period,
A payment that was deducted but not reflected as an active subscription within a reasonable time due to a technical error on our end.

To request a refund under the above circumstances, contact us at nismmocktest.online@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, along with your payment/order ID. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within Razorpay's standard settlement timelines.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or subscription access with others;
Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell any question, explanation, or other content from the Platform;
Attempt to bypass access controls, negative marking, or scoring logic;
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Platform or extract data from it;
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, branding, and content on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for self-study — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep question content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, or that it reflects the latest version of any official exam syllabus. Practice scores are indicative and do not guarantee any outcome in an actual certification exam.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to exam results, loss of data, or loss of access due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dausa, Rajasthan.
